Now that Valentine's day is over we can all get back to work. Valentine's day is a day where you spend with your loved ones, however these days, with such great weather, many buyers are out there looking for that perfect home. I believe that our spring market has already started to happen early in February due to the mild weather. We are seeing an increase amount of listings and the number of buyers are starting to resemble the traditional spring market.
Whenever we have a great start to the year, the market usually continues to rise. I see that we are going to continue to have a strong real estate market in the GTA this year and home prices will continue to increase.
