The Real Estate market in 2012 has gotten off to a great start.  It seems like we are going to see another great market where home prices will increase and the number of homes sold will stay strong.  

I have seen a steady growth myself and in my business, which means the market should continue to rise in 2012.  

People always ask me where I see this market going, or if I see a downturn coming soon.  I always tell them that no one can predict what is going to happen, but when it does, Realtor's are the first ones to feel it and see it.  We have a good sense of what is going on in the market, based on seeing what is happening to our listings and how our buyers are reacting to the current market conditions.  

With the interest rates being so low, first time home Buyers are still looking to get into a new home.  While other owners are taking advantage of their increase in value of their homes, are looking to upgrade and buy something bigger.
